Our commitments to the protection of nature and animals
Membership in ASPAS – Taking action for the protection of wildlife
At Écuries de la Laubie, we are convinced that equestrian activities can be fully integrated into an environment that respects nature and wildlife . It is with this in mind that we have chosen to join ASPAS, an association committed for many years to the protection of wildlife and its habitats.
This membership reflects our commitment to preserving, on our scale, an environment conducive to biodiversity. Within our estate, we take care to conserve trees, hedges, and fallow areas, which provide habitats and resources for numerous wild species.
In keeping with our commitment to protecting wildlife, our land is protected from hunting . We aim to provide wild animals with a space where they can roam, feed, and find refuge in an environment that is as peaceful as possible.
Our goal is to enable a harmonious coexistence between horses, equestrian activities and nature, preserving the spaces that host wildlife while keeping our passion for the equestrian world alive.
Joining the LPO – A partnership with nature
We have also chosen to support the LPO (League for the Protection of Birds), a leading association particularly committed to the preservation of birds and their habitats.
At Écuries de la Laubie, we aim to create a space where horses and birds can thrive. The presence of trees, vegetation, and natural areas helps preserve valuable habitats for birds and the many other species that share our grounds.
This approach is part of our overall vision for the project: to ensure comfort for horses and visitors while respecting the environment in which we want them to live.
All of our activities can therefore take place within a framework where nature retains its full place.
